Hi, we’re Izzy and Roz and we are cancer survivors who have deliberately applied the principles of improvisational theater and humor into our daily cancer journeys. We developed the powerful, personal qualities of presence, acceptance, and trust, and it was through those qualities that we discovered how to truly live a joyous, creative life.

We created this blog so you could have a place to learn more about the benefits of play and humor as an approach to include fun, levity, awareness, and “in – the now – living” with cancer or any other chronic illness.

 This blog will provide articles about the role humor plays in your life, how to develop your sense of humor and how to play with presence, acceptance and trust.  It also provides an opportunity for you to contribute your experiences and success tips, and suggestions as you played the games. This blog allows you to ask us questions about how to include fun, laughter, and play as part of your journey.
