This Draft Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment (RP/EA) has been prepared by the U.S. Department of the Interior, acting through the bet365下载ios (USbet365下载ios), the U.S. Department of Agriculture through the U.S. Forest Service (USFS), and the State of Missouri, through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR), acting in their capacity as natural resource trustees (Trustees) to address natural resources injured and ecological services lost due to releases of hazardous substances, including heavy metals from mines, mills, smelters, and tailings impoundments within the Old Lead Belt (OLB) and the Viburnum Trend Mining District (VT), which collectively make up the Southeast Missouri Lead Mining District (SEMOLMD).
