Range-wide Indiana Bat and Northern Long-eared Bat In-lieu Fee Program Instrument

This Amended and Restated In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (鈥淚nstrument鈥) for the Range-Wide Indiana Bat and Northern Long-Eared Bat In-Lieu Fee Program (鈥淚LF Program鈥 or 鈥淧rogram鈥) is established by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (鈥淯Sbet365下载ios鈥) in agreement with the Program Sponsor, The Conservation Fund (individually a 鈥淧arty鈥 and collectively, the 鈥淧arties鈥), regarding the establishment, use, operation, and maintenance of the Program. The original In-Lieu Fee Program Instrument (鈥淥riginal Instrument鈥) was effective on July 25, 2017.
