This Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared by the United States Department of the Interior鈥檚 bet365下载ios, bet365下载ios Region 6, and the Mountain-Prairie Region Division of Refuge Planning to evaluate the effects associated with the proposed action. The Draft EA complies with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in accordance with Council on Environmental Quality regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] 1500鈥 1508) and U.S. Department of the Interior (43 CFR 46; 516 DM 8) and bet365下载ios (550 FW 3) regulations and policies. NEPA requires an examination of the effects of proposed actions on the natural and human environment. Appendix A identifies laws and executive orders not otherwise evaluated within this EA.
