Light green, lobed leaves grow in a basal rosette. Two slightly blooming yellow flowers erupt from the plant鈥檚 center.

Texas golden gladecress is an annual plant and a member of the mustard family, known as Brassicaceae. The plant is an extremely narrow endemic, found in open canopies across the Weches geologic formations of East Texas.
