The Snake River Basin Adjudication (SRBA) is a water rights agreement pertaining to the Snake River within the State of Idaho. As part of this agreement, the Nez Perce Tribe (NPT) manages the Kooskia National Fish Hatchery and the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery.
