Become one of San Diego Bay's Refuge Stewards

Join a community of volunteers committed to nurturing and safeguarding the native habitat essential to our region's rich biodiversity. Together, we can protect the refuge鈥檚 remarkable wildlife.

Why join?

San Diego is home to a stunning array of plants and animals, including several endangered species that depend on native habitat for survival. Every effort we make to restore and preserve this ecosystem ensures future generations can experience the beauty of nature in its purest form. This community is not just about the connection to nature but also deepening relationships with each other through a legacy of service and stewardship.

Get ready to inspire others, deepen your relationship with the natural world, and gain the satisfaction of knowing you鈥檙e making a difference.

To join, email Ashleyann Perez Rivera at ashleyann_perez-rivera@fws.gov to confirm your attendance.
