Volunteer Position Overview
About This Position
Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge is seeking volunteers to serve as front desk receptionists. The role involves interacting with visitors, collecting entrance fees, providing maps and trail information, answering phone calls, checking out binoculars and an electric scooter when needed, playing refuge videos upon request, stocking brochures, performing clerical tasks, and light cleaning.

Volunteers are required to commit to three days a week for a total of 24 hours (for couples) or four days a week for 32 hours (for individuals). Volunteers will receive an RV spot with full hookups in exchange for their services.
